Moriah Djan is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with SKOL Consult. She has over ten (10) years’ experience in the construction industry.
Moriah is currently a Project Quantity Surveyor on the ABSA Head Office project in Ridge. She is also a key member of the quantity surveying teams on the College of Distance E-Learning and Business School project for the University of Education, Winneba and the National Cathedral of Ghana project in Ridge.
Moriah was an integral member of the quantity surveying team on the Exchange at Airport Residential Area. She also played a key role in the delivery of Pharmaceutical Factory for Ernest Chemist at Klagon and the construction of the Comsys Head Office at Adabraka.
She has considerable knowledge in cost planning, contract management, risk management, cost management and project management
