SAMUEL NEWLOVE BONNEY
MSc PMGT, MGHIS, MGIOC, BSC (Hons)
is an Associate Director with SKOL Consult. He has over ten (10) years’ experience in the built environment. He has been involved in various residential, commercial and infrastructure projects in Ghana and in other parts of Africa.
He is currently a Project Manager on the Forward Operating Base project for the Ministry of Defence in Alegenzure, Western Region and the National Petroleum Commission Head Office Annex in Accra. He is an integral part of the Quantity Surveying team on the National Cathedral of Ghana, Rwanda Civic Centre and Agenda 111 Hospitals projects.
Samuel was responsible for delivering the construction and remodeling of over ten (10) CAL Bank branches across Ghana. He has also been involved in preparing cost plans for Hotels, Commercial and Monumental Facilities in Ghana and some part of Africa.
Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Technology and a Master of Science Degree in Project Management both from the Kwame Nkrumah of Science & Technology University. He is a professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and a corporate member of the Ghana Institute of Construction.
Samuel is involved in training of young professionals in Contract Administration, Project Management and Cost Management.
