YVETTE SINTIM

PMP, MGHIS, MBA, BSC (Hons)

is Director of Projects at SKOL Consult. She joined the firm in 2011 and has worked as Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager on various residential and commercial development projects.

Yvette is currently the Project Manager on the SIC Life Head Office, Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) and the GETFund Head Office & Reconstruction projects. She is also a key member of the Quantity Surveying team on the National Cathedral of Ghana project.

Yvette was responsible for the delivery of the ABSA Bank branches in Nester Square, Adum and Sunyani. She was a Project Manager on the construction and completion of Devtraco Plus’ The Niiyo in Dzorwulu and the refurbishment of the Petroleum Commission Head Office in Dzorwulu.

Yvette was part of the Development Monitoring team on the Shea Refinery project in Tema for the Ghana Speciality Oils and Fats. She also played a key role in the Technical Audit of 8 District Hospitals in Ghana undertaken by Crown Agents and the Forensic Audit of the National Communications Authority Head Office & Regional Offices projects undertaken by Baffuor Awuah & Associates. Yvette assisted in developing a cost plan for the Appolonia City project in Oyibi; the proposed Wave Water Park in Prampram and the proposed 240 Residential Units on Doyumu for Diagis Real Estates Limited.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah of Science & Technology University and an MBA in Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. She is a professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and the Project Management Institute.
